The story of Flexoresist Technologies Pvt. Ltd. began in 2011 when Mr. Anand Uttarkar, driven by his passion for engineering and innovation, decided to transform his dreams into action. An engineering enthusiast with a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas, USA, Mr. Uttarkar had previously worked with a reputed organization in the United States. Inspired by global standards and a bold vision, he took the entrepreneurial leap to establish a company focused on manufacturing metal O-rings.

During our journey in manufacturing metal O-rings, we encountered numerous clients seeking metal bellows that matched international quality benchmarks. Backed by extensive experience in supplying high-precision seals and other products to demanding industries – including Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Ultra-High Vacuum, Textile, and Defence – we introduced our own line of Metal Bellows under the brand “Pliant Bellows.”
