The metal bellows assembly is made of castings welded to bellows and sleeves. The expansion joint is used to compensate the thermal movements developed at the engine exhaust.
The Stainless steel castings require high level of precision machining and testing. The entire setup to manufacture, assemble and test has been developed in-house.
Exclusive setup to carry out hydro and bubble test was developed. The assembly has been tested for lifecycle by the end user and approved for production.
